Great group of professionals. They never rushed the sale. Were always available to answer questions and didn't play the usual dealer games (keep your car keys, keep you there for hours so you can't go to other dealer and compare prices and options, and load their cars with dealer options you don't want to pay for). The price online is the price of the car, no surprises. I would highly recomend this dealer. Thank you guys
Had a warranty issue that I had been trying to resolve and most other dealers blew me off stating that my issue did not warrant the technical bulletin. Nancy helped me set up a time to bring my car to the service department and do a ride along and they diagnosed my issue right away. They got me in a week later for a transmission flush and also worked with me to get me a loaner vehicle. The experience and customer support was superb.
Bill Clem was very helpful. He and the finance manager made the buying process very streamline. They made me feel very comfortable and were very honest, which I really appreciate. Bill even took the time after the purchase to go over all of the features of the truck. I was probably in and out in 3 hours. I am very happy with my purchase and that I chose Marchant Chevrolet!
