Came here on a Wednesday going through the drive through. They were out of coke zero and Dr pepper, forgot buffalo sauce and cookie for meal. We assumed this was just an off night for them. Came back on Friday, went in to order. Still out of coke zero and Dr pepper. Order took over 10 minutes for a ham sandwich and a hamburger combo meal. Went to get ketchup from the pump, it spat all over my hand, napkin dispensers empty. This place needs to be cleaned up and restaffed.
The worst Hardee's I have ever visited. The place is dirty, they rarely get your order correct, completely disorganized staff, slow, slow, slow even when there's only a couple of customers.
To the manager of hardees if this what you call business you shouldn't have your job its not a day or night I go here and they get it right this has to be the worst place In Ravenel SC I promise the long wait even if your the only car in line it takes 30mins for a simple meal the employees are lost and nasty disrespectful tighten up or videos coming soon to show the people that hardees ain't what it is poor poor service and i have seen about 5 managers there and it's run the same every time it needs new employees that really wants to work and better management bojangels coming soon next door let's see how long y'all last
Overtime the staff have been very slack. I went there tonight hoping things would be better and the food was absolutely terrible. I say this with no exaggeration; I wouldn't have given the food to a dog, it was that bad. Hours old meat and no condiments on a fully loaded burger no nothing. A hint of ketchup. Something needs to be done or the place needs to be shut down and let a different fast food company take its place.
By far the worst run establishment in the SouthEast. They need 3 windows, one for you to pay, one for you to pickup your order, and the third to return it because they didn't pay attention to what you ordered. The employees have horrible customer service and when Bojangles opens up across the street they will not get business.
